On my system, running at x, 2xAA and 2xAF it looked and ran great. Framerates probably did get a little sticky at some points, but frankly it's not the type of game where that matters overly. Anyway I never had any problems with HW cursors or any of that mess. Now, with all that said, the great majority of these fixes are 24 karat goodness.
