Display seconds in windows explorer

I have the same question Report abuse. Details required :. Not even in the properties dialog I can find the seconds. Information like modified "x minutes" or "y hours" ago is less exact than hh:mm:ss and in addition it even takes more space. I cannot see how this should simplify the UI which I guess was the reason for this "feature".

I changed the short time format in the regional settings to "hh:mm:ss" but that does not affect Windows Explorer. Is there any other option or registry key to get access to the seconds without the need of a third party file explorer? Is there any place where Windows 7 feedback can be reported and tracked by non Microsoft people? I searched on connect. Office Office Exchange Server.
